At Double Nickel, the essence of our offering extends far beyond the hunt itself. Our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience is embodied in every detail, beginning with our newly completed Double Nickel Lodge—a rustic yet stunning 3500 sq. foot haven, unveiled in 2023. Commanding a central position within 160 acres of untamed expanse, the lodge commands a panoramic vista over our five-acre watershed. This sanctuary not only captivates the eye but also enthralls the senses, as it regularly plays host to a symphony of migratory birds and wildlife.

Lodge Details

Step into our lodge, and you’ll discover a cozy haven that’s as comfortable as it is inviting. With a total of three spacious master suites, we’ve got your accommodation covered. In each suite, you’ll find a combination of two queen beds on the lower level and two twin XL beds up top, providing both room to spread out and a snug vibe.

When it comes to convenience, each suite boasts its own full bathroom, complete with XL Onyx Tub/Shower Combos for a relaxing soak or a quick rinse. For entertainment, there’s a TV in each suite, and you can dial in your perfect comfort level with the individual temperature-controlled thermostat. Plus, we’ve made sure one of the suites is handicap accessible, so everyone can feel right at home.

The Commons Area

Within the primary commons area and well-appointed kitchen, ample seating arrangements are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate your requirements. A generously-sized 70-inch flat screen is at your disposal to cater to your viewing preferences. For added convenience, two supplementary bathrooms are readily accessible.

The locker room, purposefully designed, features a total of 18 lockers, thoughtfully allocated for organizing and staging your equipment, firearms, and hunting attire. Furthermore, our provisions extend to a meticulously managed game processing garage—equipped with advanced temperature control mechanisms, including a walk-in cooler, ensuring the preservation of your harvests.

Guest Amenities

The expansive covered front porch offers ample seating, granting panoramic views of the water and picturesque sunsets. On the back porch, a backdrop of our trap range unfolds, accompanied by an additional seating and dining enclave. This outdoor retreat also houses a flat top griddle and a pellet grill, catering to diverse culinary preferences.

Our fully equipped kitchen stands prepared and functional, complete with double ovens, dual refrigerators, a dishwasher, and an array of cooking and dining utensils. For added convenience, both a washer and dryer are conveniently available on-site as well.
